APPEARENCE|| Raina has long light brown hair with reddish natural highlights. She has big brown eyes and fair skin. She is normal hight. Her style can sometimes be old school, which means you won't catch her wearing sassy things like Aéropostale and short skirts. Mostly jeans and a tom boyish look. But sometimes she might feel like wearing something different and she might just wear a shirt like that or nice short skirt, but again its very unlikely. She almost always wears her hair up in a bun or ponytail, unless her older sister pushes her to wear it down and wear something stylish which leads me back to the short skirts and stuff. So her style and looks are pretty simple.
PERCINALITY|| Now just because her style and looks are simple that does not mean she is. Raina has a very sweet personality to her, but that sometimes can be a mask. She hates letting people see how she truly feels and is never talks about things like how she feels like crying. But that does not mean she can't defend herself, if someone gets on her nerves jus enough or is mean to any of her friends she can just snap like that sending out a whole bunch of attitude and sassy nerves at that person. When you first meet her she might seem really quiet like she is hiding something, but once you get past that little part and actually get to know her you will have so many laughs with her.

HISTORY|| When turned exactly ONE years old, things well how do I say it..... things just stuck to her. It was quiet wired for her parents and her older sister who was never born with a power. It had seemed the family power had skipped a few people. It found itself on an unsuspecting little girl. So as Raina grew older she tried to be normal, act normal, not wanting the power she got. But one time it rained and a thunderstorm was brewing, she stood under a tree. Which you were advised not to do, it was more like she was walking home from her job when it started to rain. So what happened was the lightning struck right at her feet not touching her but instead giving her a burst of energy. Raina never understood what had just happened all she could grasp was that she almost got struck by lightning. When she finally had the nerve to continue to walk home. Another bolt struck her but instead touching her and it did not hurt at all, this time she caught the bolt in her hand. out of surprise she let it go and it dropped by her feet burning the ground around her. After that she was actually pretty scared to touch anything electric. But sooner or later she had to face her face her little fear. So when she got scared of thunderstorms, all the electric appliances in the house black out. Her parents could not grasp the reason why, but she knew that the black outs were not from any storm. After a few times of the annoying black outs she cause she told herself to find out just what her powers were.
